Shipping & Delivery policy
General
1. After you’ve placed your order, please allow up to 4 working days for shipping. Don’t forget to regularly check the website or social media for a shipping update in the event of holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
2. If we are unable to ship your order during a 4 working day period, we will endeavour to notify you by email or online providing you with an estimated shipping date.
3. Once your goods have been dispatched, you will be provided with an email confirmation.
4. Time for delivery relative to your order is an estimate only and in the event of any delay by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for the inconvenience caused and the costumer cannot claim reparations.
5. Deliveries will be made by the courier to the address stipulated in your order. At the time of ordering, it is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. We are not responsible for errors made by customers when ordering.
6. If the courier attempts to deliver your parcel at your home but cannot fulfil the delivery in case of your absence etc. it is your responsibility to liaise with the courier to set a new delivery date etc.If the courier notifies you that your order is available for collection at a pick up point, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel during the given period and at a time set by the courier.
7. If the parcel is returned to Cherryl Brunel Studio, we shall attempt to contact you to arrange for a new delivery for which you will be responsible for extra shipping costs. If contact cannot be made or if you refuse to rearrange a delivery, the shop reserves the right to take a discretionary fee to compensate for the time, money and effort wasted.

For UK Delivery
1. Papers will be shipped rolled in a postal tube or other form of safe, secure and where possible eco-friendly packaging. Depending on the size, weight or nature of the parcel, we may use different postal services including Royal Mail or DPD services etc.

2. All orders will be sent tracked or tracked & signed or by any method which offers actionable compensation should any unwanted issue arise with the courier, outside the control of the shop.

USA & CANADA
1. Papers will be shipped rolled in a postal tube or other form of safe, secure and where possible eco-friendly packaging. Depending on the size, weight or nature of the parcel, I may use different postal services including Royal Mail tracked service or DPD tracked service etc. If you would like a quote for shipping using a different courier, please get in touch to arrange this via emails. Orders will be sent tracked & signed which offers actionable compensation should any unwanted issue arise with the courier, outside the control of the shop.
2. Any Import and duty taxes are at the sole expense of the buyer.

All orders shipped abroad will be “Delivered Duty Unpaid” (DDU) which means that when your package arrives at its destination country, you (the buyer) will be contacted by customs to pay any customs duty owed before it will be released. If customs are unable to make contact with the recipient, the package could be returned , delayed or destroyed which is why it is essential to provide correct and complete contact information: Name, Address, telephone, Email etc.
