Cherryl Brunel Studio is a small business located in South East London, United Kingdom.

The Website was created in 2022 and is owned and operated by me, Cherryl Brunel

Its purpose is to showcase and sell my works / products / goods / papers / paper based products (collectively “Products”) to you and others.

I strive to ensure my products are unique and timeless while meeting  a high standard of quality production.

For the purposes of Cherryl Brunel Studio the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) are the contract between you (“the user”, “the buyer”, “the customer”, etc.)  and Cherryl Brunel Studio (“the seller”, “I”, “we” etc.). By using this website / shop / store for purchasing goods, creating an account, visiting the website etc. you agree to be bound by these terms.

They are there to protect the rights of both parties.

Please read the following for your information. If you do not agree with it, you should not use this website.


  1. These Terms apply to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of the Products and so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to the Website, account holder customer etc.

  2. When placing an order for a Product you must be capable of entering into a legal contract and be over 16. If you are not over 16, you must have permission of a legal guardian to make an order.

  3. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you have the third party’s permission to use their personal information to make the order.

  4. If you place an order on behalf of a company you warrant you are an authorised representative of that company that can act on that company’s behalf.

  5. Your order is an offer to buy a Product(s). All orders are subject to our acceptance and your order will be accepted and actioned by e-mail confirmation. This is when our contract is made. The email confirmation will specify the exact details of your purchase.  A contract will only exist between you and us once you are in receipt of an email confirmation and this contract may not be altered without our prior written consent.

  6. If you place an order incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible by email at If your order has not yet been sent for delivery, we may (at our sole discretion) allow you to cancel the order and either allow you to reorder correctly or issue a refund. However, if the order has been sent for delivery a cancellation will not be permitted.

  7.   We will endeavour to ensure that, the Website provides up to date, detailed pictures and accurate descriptions for all items listed for sale, as well as stock availability at the given time of visit/order. However it is recognized that the information on the Website may not always be up to date and, we cannot be held responsible if a Product featured on the Website is no longer available.

  8. If a Product is no longer in stock, you may be able to modify parts of your order or cancel all of your order. You will be subsequently refunded in circumstances where you have made a payment.

  9. At any time before an order is dispatched, we reserve the right to decline to supply the Product(s) in that order for any reason without explanation. In the event you have already paid for the order you will be subsequently refunded.

  10. We will endeavour to fulfil all requirements and orders but unfortunately, we do not sell and ship our products to certain countries. Please contact us for more information including shipping arrangements and prices for your destination.

  11. Communication between seller & buyer operates via email or via online platforms / apps. You agree that email / online communications are contractually binding in the same way as properly signed and dated contracts / communications sent by post.


  1. A number of Products are sold on the Website and despite our best efforts it is always possible that some prices may be incorrect. We will contact you to inform you if an error is found in the price of the Products you have ordered. You will be given the option to either cancel your order or proceed with the order at the correct price. Your order will not be processed until we receive your instructions. Your order will be treated as cancelled in the event you cannot be contacted using the contact details provided.We reserve the right to cancel the supply of the Products and refund you any sums you have paid if your order is incorrectly accepted and processed where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing.

  2. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation of order.

  3. You may pay for Products using PayPal, or any debit or credit card.

  4. The price for a full marbled paper sheet varies depending on the quality of the paper and materials used. Please refer to the website for full prices here.


  1. Orders must be paid for before dispatch.

  2. Purchases may be paid for by a debit/credit card of the Visa or Mastercard type or bank cards of the “Maestro” type or via Paypal, etc.

  3. If you choose to place an order for a bespoke order, payment can also be made via bank transfer.

  4. We will assume responsibility for bank charges by the receiving bank on payments received. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds sterling shall be borne by the customer.

  5. The website should be safe for you to use. Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by me. The website uses one or more online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.


If you have an issue with your order, please let me know as soon as possible.

As stated in the “PHOTOGRAPHS, MONITOR DISPLAY & COLOUR DISCLAIMER” section, you understand that colour variations may occur. If you are not satisfied with your order or if you have any other issue, please get in touch to discuss a resolution.


  1. If you have ordered Goods and haven’t received them 7 days after the estimated delivery period, please contact me as soon as possible. We will endeavour to find solutions which are acceptable to both parties, subject to relevant laws and the Ts&Cs.

  2. In the events of damage in transit please email us within 3 days of receipt of your order and please include photos of the parcel + items. You will be refunded in full and compensation will be sought from the courier via their reimbursement schemes.

  3. We shall not accept returns for bespoke works and commissions.

  4. If you do not bring to our awareness any defect or problem within 14 days of receipt of your order, we shall understand that you have accepted it and you will accept no further possibility for returning it or for compensation.

  5. If you wish to return the item(s), the buyer pays for the return postage costs. The buyer also engages themself to return the item(s) unused and in the original condition, in its original packaging if exempt from damages or in a new suitable protection to the buyer’s cost, so that the item(s) can be relisted for resale. The items must be returned to the address provided on the parcel unless instructed otherwise by the seller. All risks and incidents linked to dispatch are the sole responsibility of the buyer. After notifying the seller of your right of withdrawal, the buyer has 5 working days to dispatch the item and must keep all proof of dispatch. Upon reception and inspection of the returned item(s) a refund of equal amount for the item(s) will be provided to you excepting original P&P costs and discount applied by the shop.


  1. The buyer has a 14-day window starting from the reception date of the delivery to exert their right of withdrawal, without the need to express a justification.

  4. In the email please write your full name and your address. Please stipulate your order number, and provide a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return. The date of your email will act as the beginning of the withdrawal procedure.

  5. The items must be returned to the address provided on the parcel unless I have instructed you otherwise in our communication.  All risks and incidents linked to dispatch are the sole responsibility of the buyer. After notifying me of your right of withdrawal, the buyer has 5 working days to dispatch the item and must keep all proof of dispatch. Upon reception and inspection of the returned item(s), I will provide you with a refund of equal amount for the item(s) in question excepting original P&P costs and discount applied within 14 days. The refund will be processed on the same bank card used to pay the items at the time of ordering.

  6. You cannot invoke your right of withdrawal for any commissioned order.


  1. All Products and other items produced at Cherryl Brunel Studio are protected by copyright. They  cannot be reproduced, copied, duplicated, without my consent.

  2. If you wish to use my work, please get in touch to obtain a license.

  3. The website is also protected by all relevant intellectual property rights with regard to the copyright of any text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photos, videos, digital downloads, data, .

  4. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part.

  5. You may not use our name or logos or trademarks or any other Content on any website or platform or app or social media, software etc. of yours or of that of any other person, body, organisation, institution, company, entity etc.

  6. However, you may publish Cherryl Brunel Studio’s website url to recommend or advertise or offer direct access to the site. We welcome this and your recommendation and patronage.

Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

  2. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, you understand that the internet is not necessarily a secure infrastructure. I shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damages caused by the use of Internet such as an unexpected discontinuance of services/operations, exterior intrusion / viruses, Trojan horses and so forth.

  3. We can take no responsibility for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

  4. Whilst maintaining access to the website is a priority, it may be necessary for us to suspend all or part of the site for maintenance or for other relevant reasons, without prior notice.


  1. Each paper is photographed to the best of our ability in a meticulous and rigorous manner using a professional mirrorless camera and white lights. These pictures will show you the paper from different points & perspectives so that you can appreciate its standard. Flaws and defects are also closely photographed and included on the listing for your own acknowledgment before ordering. The pictures provided on this website are all lifelike. No enhancement of any sort using any software or other device has been carried out.

  2. Please be aware every monitor and device (i.e. Phone, tablet, laptop, computer, monitor, screen etc.) has different capabilities and settings when it comes to displaying colours, and also that from person to person we perceive colours differently too. I work hard to ensure photos are as authentic and true to life as possible but please understand colour variations may occur depending on criteria and permutations.

  3. For your own benefit in selection please take care to view your prospective paper on the best possible screen / monitor you have access to and make sure that the colour / brightness configuration is set to a default / neutral level.

  4. If upon reception of your order you are not satisfied with the colours of your papers, you understand this is to your own compliance.


In any case, you agree that in any circumstances when we may become liable to you, the limit of our liability is the amount you have paid us at the time of the transaction at the origin of the dispute.
